The team calendar in Go High Level takes the possibilities of your business to a whole new level.
Most calendar apps in the marketplace charge for the capability of adding teams and having multiple appointments for teams but these features are available in the native HighLevel calendar app at no additional charge.
This is good news!
The team calendar has a very similar look and feel to the other calendars we have already created.
You can read more about them here:

However, the team calendar allows you more flexibility when you have a team or teams taking appointments.
A Few Things To Consider Before Creating A Team Calendar In HighLevel
First, you want to ensure that the users on the team you want to create have connected a Zoom account if that is how they are going to connect with your clients. If you are not using Zoom you can send the call details out in the automated appointment sequence.
You also have the capability to connect a different Zoom account to each team member.
Second, you want to be sure that you have connected the correct calendar for each team member and it is checking for conflicts to ensure that there are no missed appointments.
Third, it is important to remember that the availability set at the user level will override the availability for each appointment/calendar in the calendar widgets.
I created a step-by-step walk-through video explaining how to get your team calendar set up quickly and easily.
Some of the unique features available with the team calendars In Go High Level are:
- You can have multiple team members taking the same appointment types at the same time
- You can create as many teams as you need
- You can create as many different appointment types as needed
- You can have multiple calendars for each team
Getting Started Setting Up A Team Calendar In Go HighLevel
First, you want to set up a team in the dashboard and select the team members you want/need on that team.
You will need to ensure they are already added as an employee. If not, you can add them easily here.

Next, you will need to create a new team.

In this example, I created an onboarding team with 2 team members: Antonio & Pamela.
Creating A Team Calendar In Go High Level
Once you set up the team go to the Calendars in Settings and you will see the new team calendar is created.

Now you can go ahead and create a calendar by clicking on the green “New Calendar” plus sign.
The setup of a team calendar is very similar to the other calendars with the exception of the distribution of the appointments.

You have 2 options to optimize the appointment distribution.
You can optimize for either “Availability” or “Equal Distribution”
With the “Optimize for Availability” option you can prioritize who has the high, medium, or lowest priority for the appointment.
With the “Optimize for Equal Distribution” option the system will choose based on splitting the appointments equally.
Both of these options are also based on the respective calendars of the team members.
This is also where you will choose the Zoom link for each member under the “custom” drop-down and it will appear if Zoom was connected at the user level.
The Team Calendar Widget In Go High Level
In this example, we have only an Onboarding Call on this team’s calendar. However, you do have the option of creating multiple appointment types and they will all show when sharing the team calendar widget URL.

When you click on “Onboarding Call” you are then brought to the Onboarding Call Calendar where your clients are then able to select the date and time.

The Team Calendar does not list the names of the members of the team, it simply shows clients the day and time spots available for an Onboarding Call and the calendar will choose the team member based on availability.
There are also options available to customize the calendar widgets with HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
In the coming videos, I will share these with you showing you how to make the calendar match your branding and also how to embed them on funnels and websites.
Another important piece to calendars and appointments is the automation available to you. These are videos 4 & 5 in this series.
When they are available I will link them below.
These and many more Go High Level training videos that I think you will find useful are coming soon.
